We offer outsourcing on-site support service to
customers for tackling their technical problems. We investigate,
diagnose and isolate problems; moreover, we suggest solutions
according to customers’ requests. Our technical support coverage
includes software or system installation and upgrades. In addition,
we provide dial-in helpdesk service for any telephone
request.
2)Hardware Maintenance
Services
We
provide tailor-made hardware maintenance service to fulfill
customers’ needs. Other than maintenance service for hardware that
is out of warranty, we also have scheduled preventive maintenance,
standby equipment and dedicated technical support service, in order
that customers’ computer equipment is stable and reliable.
